At VILSAD, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return and warranty terms below.

🛡 1-Year Limited Warranty

All eligible products are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects

Internal electrical or hardware failures

Screen malfunction not caused by physical damage

Incorrect item received

If a defect is confirmed, we may offer:

A free replacement

A partial refund

A full refund (at our discretion)

Replacement or refund decisions are made after review of photo or video evidence.

🔁 Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for:

Damaged items

Defective products

Incorrect items received

Customers must contact our support team before returning any item.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

❌ Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind

Incorrect order selection by the customer

Normal wear and tear

Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or modification

Minor cosmetic variations that do not affect functionality

If a return is approved, return instructions will be provided.

Do not ship any items back without authorization.

💰 Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

In certain cases, we may offer a replacement or partial refund instead of requiring a return.

🚚 Return Shipping

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to:

A confirmed defect

A damaged item upon arrival

An incorrect item sent by us

Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser.

Replacement items do not extend the original warranty period.
